Click that frame and, in the Frame Actions window, add a Stop action. Now go to frame 5 and add a keyframe. Give it a label, init. Go on to frame 15, add a keyframe and label it update. Go to frame 25, add a keyframe and label it setVars.
Select frame, init, and in the Frame Actions window add a Set Variable action. Call the variable onstage on the right-hand side. Make sure that Expression is checked and write 0 into the value field. Next add a Call action and write /scripts:setVars into the frame field on the righY.
Finally chose startDrag action and write /mousefinder into the target field. Lock mouse to center should be checked.
